About us
A new organization, built to be trusted
Christians in Need International was founded to bring practical, dignified help to Christians facing poverty, persecution, exploitation, and humanitarian crisis.
Who we are
Christians in Need International is a Christian humanitarian organization. Our work is to identify Christians in severe hardship, verify what they actually need, and provide practical assistance — food, medical care, education, legal advice, emergency relief, and support toward stable livelihoods.
Why we exist
Around the world, Christians experience poverty, persecution, exploitation, slavery, and forced labor. In some places the hardship is well documented; in others it is barely visible. We exist because a great deal of that suffering is addressable with straightforward, unglamorous help delivered at the right moment.
Our Christian foundation
We believe every person is made in the image of God and is owed dignity and compassion. That conviction shapes both who we serve and how we serve them: without exploiting anyone's suffering to raise money, without exaggeration, and without treating a family as a fundraising asset.
Our humanitarian goals
- Meet urgent needs quickly where they are verified.
- Help families escape exploitative labor arrangements where that is possible.
- Keep children in school rather than in work.
- Support the transition to stable, non-exploitative livelihoods.
- Report honestly on what we do, what it costs, and what it achieves.
